Your new item will be shipped back to you the day following the arrival of your returned item by US Priority Mail.
Items being sent back for exchange must be in new condition and in original packaging.
There will be no exchanges on closeout pieces.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Exchanges will only be made on items purchased directly through HECS. Purchases through outside dealers, Amazon, eBay, etc. will have to be made through them.
The customer will be responsible for the postage for getting the item back to HECS but HECS will send the replacement back free of charge.
